As a young boy in Naples, Italy, Lou Perrotta’s mother would frequently take him for pizza after school and those after school trips were the start of a lifelong passion for the art of pizza. Years later Lou, his wife Gina, and their three children Anthony, Vinny, and Giana have created an award winning pizzeria.
